Dream journal
So I've been having trouble sleeping over the last few months - big part of why I decided to leave my job. It's not so much that I can't fall asleep - not that i don't have any trouble doing so but the issue is that I keep waking up in the middle of the night, multiple times and sometimes I can't fall back asleep. I was simply exhausted. Thinking it might be due to work stress, I left my job...but I still have that problem. I should see a specialist but I don't know if i should go to a ENT, neuro, or psychiatrist.
One thing I've noticed is that I've been waking up during my dreams. The last two nights' dreams have been especially vivid and memorable so I've decided to start a dream journal. It might help when I finally see a shrink, it's something a little more productive to do rather than just playing games and watching Netflix, give me a healthier routine to follow. Besides, I've always thought I should start writing more. Perhaps even kickstart my blogging - perhaps, just perhaps, I might then be compelled to start writing about stuff that I've been meaning to for years - from the deplorable state of public transportation in Singapore to the fallacies of religion and the institution of marriage. Til then, this dream journal will have to do...
Note: Obviously, they won't be very coherent or even make much sense. I can't quite remember all the details and they're dreams after all.

Action
I was some sort of high-level ninja, had to fight off some bad guys – some underwater fighting. Eugene and Jean were also ninjas and we were tasked to hunt down the rest of the bad guys in Malaysia. However, a spanner was thrown in the works when our subordinate told us that he wasn’t able to come along and now we didn’t have a car to go in. We’d already arranged to meet the next morning after getting our passports. We ended up taking a bus (to lake view?) meet up to discuss our next steps. Jolene was on the bus for some reason (think she was a subordinate too?) and left her shorts on the bus seat (no, I don’t know why). Woke up as we were trying to figure out if it made more sense to rent a car in Singapore and drive over or get a ride into JB and rent a car there because it would be more inconspicuous.

Trippy time travel/psychological drama on a train – inspired by model train episode on Brooklyn 99?. Turns out passengers on the train were just projections of what we really wanted to be. E.g. Action hero type was actually a just a kid, sexy super spy was just a geeky girl. Big showdown in train yard with bad guys who were conducting an experiment on us (I think).
